About the Gallery and Our Services
ARTES Berlin is located in the Scheunenviertel, considered the oldest continuously inhabited neighbourhood in Berlin. This vibrant and popular district between Alexanderplatz, Hackesche Höfe, and Oranienburger Straße invites you to explore numerous restaurants, bars, small shops, boutiques, and galleries. Situated close to Museum Island, which includes the James-Simon Gallery, the Alte Nationalgalerie, the Bode Museum, and other significant institutions, we are located in one of the city's cultural hotspots.
Since February 2020, we have been displaying works by renowned and emerging artists in changing exhibitions at Auguststraße 19.
Housed in a protected historical building from 1884, our gallery occupies beautiful and atmospheric spaces perfectly suited for presenting artworks.
In six shows per year with various thematic orientations, you can see a smaller or larger selection of the Kunsthaus ARTES program in solo and group exhibitions.

View Your Desired Artwork in the Gallery
If you wish to view artworks that you have seen online or in one of the ARTES catalogues in person at our gallery, please contact us in advance by phone or email.
We will promptly arrange for your desired artworks to be brought to the gallery for viewing and personally present them to you at a scheduled appointment, without any obligation.
Are you looking for a painting, graphic work, or sculpture for a specific space in your home but are unsure if the artwork will suit the location?
We are happy to provide you with a visualisation via email. Simply send us a photo and the dimensions of the room.
But experiencing art physically is truly the most beautiful way... We look forward to your visit!
